Summer 2002: Photos from my Vacation in Germany, England, and IrelandThe first and last "Irish Fry" I had in Ireland at a B&B. I'm with Lacy and Dad. This was a pretty light Irish fry, but the idea is that you fry up a bunch of bacon and then cook sausages, bread, eggs, and a thousand other things in the bacon fat. In the end, there's no fat left because it's all been soaked up by the rest of the meal. Very efficient. Again, there are sausages resting suspiciously on my plate. |
